Hitag S has three different memory sizes and can be operated using exactly the same protocol as Hitag 1 and Hitag 2.
Hitag S256 / Hitag S2048 DatasheetHitag S 32: 32 bit unique identifier, read only
Hitag S 256: 256 bit total memory, read/write
Hitag S 2048: 2048 bit total memory, read/write
